Our story

Specialists in the whole wall

Darrin Straub founded Advanced Stucco Repair in 1999 because too many facade repairs treated the finish and ignored the water behind it. A crack gets caulked, a stain gets painted, and a year later the same tenant calls about the same leak. Our approach has always been to find out why the wall failed and fix that first.

We are a specialist trade contractor. Stucco, EIFS and the envelope details around them are the work: moisture surveys and water testing, sheathing and substrate repair, flashing at roof-to-wall transitions, sealant and expansion joints, coatings, color and texture matching, foam profiles and new installation for general contractors.

Our clients are property managers, condominium and HOA boards, owners, asset managers and general contractors. They need a contractor who documents what is found, writes a clear scope and works around occupied buildings.
